We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

3. Order Processing
All orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timeline:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors like weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your shipment online.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

TREXORA is not responsible for customs delays or additional import costs.
8. Shipping Address
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages
TREXORA is not liable for any lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
If this happens, please contact the delivery partner directly or reach out to us — we’ll do our best to assist.
10. Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include a continuous (uninterrupted) opening video and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
