TREXORA Return & Refund Policy

At TREXORA, we take great care to deliver high-quality products. Each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure you have a great shopping experience. However, we understand that issues can occur occasionally. Please read our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We currently do not accept returns for any products.
Please review your order carefully and refer to our size chart before placing your purchase.


Replacements

We offer replacements only for items that are damaged on arrival.
To qualify for a replacement:

  • Share an uninterrupted (no-pause) opening video of the parcel as proof.

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a short description, and clear photos or videos of the damage.

Process:

  1. Report the issue: Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Review: Our team will check the provided details and evidence.

  3. Approval: Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability).


Exclusions

Replacements will not be approved for:

  • Damage caused by mishandling or misuse.

  • Items that are used, altered, or washed after delivery.


Return Eligibility (in approved cases)

If a return is exceptionally approved:

  • The item must be returned within 2 days of delivery.

  • It should be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Items that are washed, damaged, or modified will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@trexora2025@gmail.com with your order details, reason for return, and photos/videos.

  2. Approval: Our team will share the return instructions and address.

  3. Shipping: Customers must bear the return shipping cost. Use a trackable courier for safety.


Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected:

  • We will issue a store credit or refund to your original payment method (as applicable).

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently don’t provide exchanges for size or color.
Please check the size chart before purchasing.
